About the Program

We are thrilled to offer two performance based programs! 

• 14 Week Vixens Program 

  • This program is developed for Dancers who want to start dancing or would like to continue their training in heels​

  • This class is for Individuals ages 18+

  • In this class option, Dancers will learn two to three pieces of choreography in fusion styles of Heels, Jazz and Hip Hop.

 

No matter your shape, size, gender, age (18+) or dance experience, VFDF welcomes you with open arms.
